Return Process

  Email our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Securely pack the unused beauty tools or products in their original packaging to ensure they are not damaged during transit.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
